Hello, my dear friends, good morning! A very good morning! How nice, the first good morning of the year, here, in the Drops of Inspiration! January 1st, a nice Sunday, New Year's beginning! Only good things for us!
This is what we must keep in mind. We must work and build up in this line, of course, our existence's basis. I hope that everything has gone well with you and your family, in this symbolic moment that all people, usually, like, that's the arrival of the New Year. And it's, exactly, about this that we're going to talk, on today's Drop of Inspiration.
We know that New Year's Eve is nothing more than just symbolism. Nothing more. We think, evaluate, vibrate, and celebrate, but it's just symbolism. In fact, today is Sunday. Last week it was Sunday, and next week it will be Sunday. And Sundays are always the same. It's a twenty-four-hour day, full of possibilities so that we can do the right or the wrong thing, have good or bad thoughts, and be grateful, to God, for life or complain about something. Sundays are always Sundays like Mondays are always Mondays, Tuesdays are always Tuesdays and Wednesdays are always Wednesdays, and so on.
What makes all days special, in fact, are the choices we make about them. Perhaps, what comes up, that's special on the New Year, here or in other cultures, is the emotional charge about the idea of renewing. And it's in this sense that I, really, love the New Year.
"Now I can renew myself because a new life has started and I'm going to have the opportunity to do different things in 2017".
It's the idea of renewing ourselves that, deep down, lucid people set themselves free from the influence of their fears and limiting beliefs because they know they can renew themselves, every day. You can have a New Year's Eve in your life, every day. You can renew yourself and be happy, every day, not leaving for tomorrow what can and must be done today. It's always good to remember that every day can be a great New Year's Eve, in your life. It's not possible to have, every day, the party that some people had yesterday, but living a restart is wonderful. Just think that every time you wake up and every day you get up is a New Year's Eve
because everything starts again. The day starts from scratch and you have the chance, with renewed energy and ideas, to do something better than what you've or haven't done, yesterday, go forward, from where you've stopped, be creative, where you've felt limited, and love more where you've loved less. Every day we have the chance to go ahead and restart our lives in a much better way.
In this regard, may we learn how to value every minute of our lives! Work it on, in your mind, and you're going to have a new New Year's Eve, every day, not only once a year. I'd like to go a little deeper, in this line of thinking, because of the following: In these last few days, I haven't spoken, specifically, about this matter, for several reasons, but now I think it's important to talk about it, again. I've received many direct and indirect messages, from sad and upset people, and from people who are even reticent about the year's end.
"Oh my God, this year is about ending and I don't like Christmas", "How boring the New Year's Eve is", and so on. Some people even say serious things, such as depression, suicide attempts, and negative thoughts. Well, what do I have to tell you about this?
Jesus is the cure. Always Him. Jesus teaches us to see life with the eyes that we want to have. He was the one who said: "Life has the color of our eyes". It's in Matthew 6. Jesus shows us that life will reflect what our eyes see. If our eyes are good, everything, around us, will be good; if they're bad, everything we see, around us, will be bad. What does this mean?
There are no bad Christmas or New Year's Eve. There are an interpretation and a relation that you have, in your experience, with these dates, that may not be good. The challenge is to change this, give the spiritual MIDAS touch, and build something new. This's what faith brings to us. Therefore, dust yourself off. Remember that museums are those that live for the past. And you don't want that anyone gives you 10 bucks to talk to you, because you're living, so much, in the past. No! Some people say: "But my father died over Christmas", "in one New Year's eve, I had a serious problem".
Every day, if you stop to think about it, people are being born and desincarnating, all over the world. Over 200,000, every day. Every day people are born and every day others disincarnate, every day this happens to human beings. Every day, you can either built or destroy something. If your reference to be happy, or not, is based on dates, it's clear how fragile your soul is. It can't be like that. We have God inside us, which gives us the ability to re-invent and renew ourselves, every day so that we can be happy. So, no sorrow or feeling down.
Of course, for sure, you can, if you want to because we have free will, and we must use it. What we, really, need is to get out of our lives' victim position, assume that we can be happier, and make each day, from now on, the best. Let's assume this commitment, together. The Gospel comes to renew our hope, in life, connect us with God, remember whose children we really are, and our ability, that many of us have forgotten. Remember that all of us vibrate in the tune that we want. Our wish is like a car wheel that if you go in the wrong direction, it crashes. If we start having negative thoughts like, "What a sad thing," "there it goes, again", "I'm not able to", we're going to crash the car. So, let's drive responsibly. Let's vibrate in order to have a good year. We will for sure, be able to deal with all the challenges. Let's pay off the debts. Let's attract a good job. Let's have good health. Let's work on our difficulties, in peace, with our families. Let's allow the Gospel to inspire us. Let's do what's up to us in order to take care of our health. Let's do what's up to us in order to deserve the divine help, around us. "Knock and the door will be opened to you," "seek and you will find", always remember this.
Happy new year to everyone! Lots of light, peace, and joy, from the bottom of our hearts! And, of course, may the next days come, full of possibilities! But, until then, enjoy your Sunday, your day, here and now, and each minute you have on your side! Let's start the new year well. Lots of light and peace for you! And you already know, see you soon, very soon!
