Drops of Inspiration - New Year Project: Peace in Every Step ...

Hello, my dear friends, good morning! A very good morning! Much light and peace for your heart, on this first working day, in 2017, January, 2nd, Monday! Starting one more drop of inspiration. Are you ready to start the year well? Yes! It doesn't matter how your life is, now, if you're on vacation or if you're working, what matters is to remember that this is a moment to reconnect yourself with God. That's it, every day. Actually, it's not just on this one.
Each moment is an instant and a unique opportunity to turn ourselves into us, in the middle of our daily and ordinary activities. Many people think that they will only find God in churches or outside temples. There isn't anything like this. Our idea is, exactly, the opposite: it's about learning to live, in touch with God, wherever we are. For example, you get in a line in order to buy some bread or you go shopping, at the supermarket; why can't you be connected to God, there, with gratitude, when you're choosing your goods, being kind to everyone in your way, or being thankful to the sales assistant who helps you? Why can't we be connected with God?
Sure, we can!
Why can't we feel this sacred connection with the Lord of Life when we're driving? We can drive calmly, relaxed, being thankful for the landscapes and the possibility of coming and going. Sure, we can!
Bring God into your daily life and into the daily minor things. When we can do this and, we all are, with a bit of goodwill and attention, our life is filled by light. And, naturally, we start feeling, much more, in peace and in harmony, regardless of what we do. You can do the dishes and be in a deep meditation process. You can sweep your house, write a report in the office, play soccer or play with your children and feel, extremely connected with God, for being incarnated, for being here, and living the magic, in each moment. How important it is!
Cultivate this! Make this proposal to 2017: Cultivate peace in each step and each moment. When we feed our hearts with small drops or attitudes of peace, everything changes. Our mind, our mood, and our appetite for life change. Unfortunately, we still watch bad news, on TV, that comes from everywhere, such as the case of this father who, in a crazy act, ended up taking his ex-wife's and his son's lives, just like much other bad news. And this reminds us that inner-peace lack can lead us to make crazy things.
Certainly, people who act like this, do it in a deep unbalanced level, not only mental and emotional but also spiritual. For sure! Why?
Because all of us can cultivate peace, inside ourselves, in all days of our lives, even during some frustration time. Frustrations are inevitable. Do you agree?
There's no other way, they're inevitable. Things aren't always going to happen in the way we want or exactly how our ego wishes, our sick ego that still wants to manipulate everything. No! Life has its purposes and laws. And, many times, the best thing that can happen to us is, exactly, not to happen what we want. But we don't know it. As spiritual children, unfortunately, most of us still don't know it. Thus, people can deal with frustration feeling outrage, distress, and sadness. And it doesn't help. In extreme situations and in a very negative way, they end up, many times,
spreading their distress with everybody around them. But those who cultivate peace do none of it.
Because each one of us can only give what we have. If you have the aim to live in peace at each step, and minute of your day, for sure, you're going to re-educate your intimacy and re-structure your mind and your psychism with many good things. That's true!
People sometimes say: "But how can I start"? Step by Step. "But what can I do"? What you've already done. It's not the great things that make us great, but to have an attitude connected with something superior, in small things. You aren't known for the things you do when everybody can see, but by what you do when nobody watches you, only your own conscience. It's to do in small daily attitudes - I repeat - cooking, doing the dishes, jogging, taking care of nature, looking at an animal and treating it with kindness, or when you are thankful for food. Thus, you're cultivating peace.
When people insult you, instead of insulting them, as well, you should offer your forgiveness or hold your tongue from saying tough answers. Put a glass of water, in your mouth, gargling, as in Chico's history, with his mother. Take a deep breath and pray for the person.
Thus, you're cultivating peace, instead of cultivating aggression and violence. Sometimes, an unexpected situation, in life, happens and, instead of cultivating sadness and distress, you cultivate gratitude. Do you remember? We've already talked about it, here. "Anticipated gratitude, my God, for everything that's going to happen to me, because I know it's good. Even though I don't understand why something is happening, I know that you're by my side. So, it's good and I'm already thankful".
By acting like this, without realizing it, we keep re-educating our way of thinking, feeling and living. Then, without realizing it, many people, around us, are going to notice our change: Nature, animals, people and, mainly, our own conscience. So, live peace in each step. Do this proposal for 2017. Remember that every time that we have small violent acts, when we shout at someone and insult them - sometimes we do it in the family - when we interrupt people, who are saying something against our opinion or have an impatient action, related to life, we cultivate small drops of violence and we don't even realize it.
Sometimes, we think that violence is just physical aggression, but it's not. It's not! Each negative thought or word, related to somebody, each bad or cursing word said, we are spreading negative vibration. This is a violent attitude towards the universe and even towards people, even though we state it isn't. So, take care of yourself!
Vigilance, my friends, in mind, when speaking, feeling and, mainly, when acting. OK? Peace, in each step, is 2017 aim! Light and peace for all of you, my friends! And see you soon, very soon!
